Born on January 15, 2008, Boston was the cherished son of Craig and Tanae Childs and the devoted older brother of Keaton and Kingston Childs. Raised in a close-knit, faith-filled family, he built lasting memories with his brothers through adventure, laughter, and an unbreakable bond. A faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Boston looked forward to serving a mission in Chile, reflecting his deep commitment to serving others and living his faith.
Boston also found great joy on the baseball field, where his determination, sportsmanship, and encouragement earned the admiration of coaches and teammates alike. Whether sharing laughter with friends, spending time outdoors, or supporting those around him, he lived with gratitude, generosity, and genuine compassion.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Randy Edwards, grandmother Catheryn Christiansen Edwards Simmons, cousin Audrey Milner, and uncle John Milner. In addition to his parents and brothers, Boston is survived by his grandparents, extended family, and countless friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at the Gunnison Stake Center, with interment following at Centerfield Cemetery. Though his life was far too short, Boston Childs leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and selfless kindness that will continue to inspire all who knew him.
