According to his family, the crash occurred on June 29, 2026, during an overnight motorcycle trip to Woodstock, New York. While traveling through Millerton, New York, Eran and a close friend were involved in a head-on collision with an oncoming vehicle. Tragically, his riding companion, Tim Nurnberg, died as a result of the crash.
Eran suffered catastrophic injuries and was initially transported to Sharon Hospital before being airlifted to Vassar Hospital and later transferred to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. He has undergone multiple emergency surgeries and remains in critical condition in the intensive care unit. His family says he faces additional surgeries, blood transfusions, and an extensive rehabilitation process.
